Our Connection to The Nursing Partnership
The Nursing Partnership is our sister company, specialising in the supply of nursing staff to hospitals and private care homes. While The Nursing Partnership provides nurses and healthcare assistants, TSCCP focuses on the broader social care sector, supplying support workers, childcare professionals, and specialist social care staff. Together, we offer a complete staffing solution for health and social care providers across Scotland.

Flexible Working
With the nature of our business, our clients require our services at a range of times, including daytime, evenings and weekends. As such, we are able to accommodate flexible working for our staff. If you are looking for full time hours, part time hours for childcare purposes or to top up your income with another job, we have something for everyone.
