Who we are

The Social Care Community Partnership (TSCCP) is a specialist staffing provider supporting regulated social care services across Scotland.

We are part of Compello Services Group, a wider staffing group with expertise across healthcare and recruitment.

We work with local authorities, charities, and independent providers to deliver safe, reliable staffing across residential care, supported living, care at home, and childcare services.

Since 2006, we have built a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and consistency. Our focus is simple: provide the right staff, at the right time, to support safe and effective care.

Our Connection to The Nursing Partnership

TSCCP works closely with our sister company, The Nursing Partnership.

Together, we deliver staffing across both social care and healthcare.

TSCCP focuses on social care roles, including support workers and residential childcare staff, while The Nursing Partnership supplies qualified nurses and clinical professionals.

This allows us to offer a joined-up workforce solution across services, giving our clients access to a wider pool of staff and a consistent approach across services.
