Free practical training and e-learning.

Relevant training helps prepare you for suitable work. Evidence of completed e-learning supports your professional learning records.

Requirements depend on the role and setting. Acceptance of training evidence by another employer is their decision.

Clear. Supported. Respected.

Your preferences matter

We record your availability, desired hours, locations and preferred settings.

Straightforward communication

Practical answers

Before you register

Can I work part-time, nights or weekends?

Tell us your availability and preferred hours. Suitable work depends on your experience, location and the services needing support. You do not have to accept every available shift.

How much will I be paid?

Rates vary by role, location and assignment. Our official Indeed page shows current advertised opportunities and pay information. Confirm the applicable rate with our team before accepting work.

How long does registration take?

Timing depends on complete documents, references, checks and training requirements. Our team will explain what is outstanding and help you through it.

Is the training free?

TSCCP offers free practical training and e-learning relevant to suitable work. Discuss the courses and requirements for your role with recruitment.

Can I register without seeing a suitable advert?

Yes. Register your location, experience, availability and preferred work. This helps us consider you when a suitable requirement arises.

Does registering guarantee shifts?

No. Suitable work depends on client requirements, location, experience, completed checks and your availability. We will be clear about the opportunities available.

How do I manage my availability?

Use the candidate portal or TSCCP app and keep your consultant informed when your circumstances change.
