Chris leads strategy, operations and client relationships across the organisation. He has worked in healthcare recruitment since 2013 and holds an Honours degree in Business Studies and the SVQ 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management at SCQF level 10. His work brings together workforce planning, recruitment, compliance and quality assurance.

Associate Director

James brings direct care experience to his work as Associate Director. He holds the SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, achieved in 2015, and worked as a healthcare assistant for more than two years before moving into recruitment in January 2019. He supports recruitment operations and client relationships with an understanding of the work behind each booking.

Kevin leads the Aberdeen operation and supports clients and candidates across the north of Scotland. He began his recruitment career in 2005 and moved into healthcare recruitment in July 2016. His experience spans regional leadership, temporary staffing and building long-term client relationships.

Account Director

Karen is our Account Director, supporting social care accounts and the delivery of the Scotland Excel contract. She qualified as a social worker in 2004 and worked with Aberdeenshire Council from March 2005 to November 2011, focusing on children living away from their families. She moved into healthcare recruitment in November 2011, bringing frontline social work experience to her work with services.
