Our approach

Access to information and support

The Social Care Community Partnership Ltd, company SC370614, is working to make its website usable by disabled people. We consider requests for help and reasonable adjustments.

We aim towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A complete assessment against every applicable requirement has not been completed, so this is not a claim of full conformance or certification.

Using the website

The rebuilt pages use clear headings, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Links and buttons are intended to work without relying on a mouse or hover.

Your browser or device may offer text resizing, zoom, screen reading, voice control or contrast settings.

Forms and external services

Our contact form has labelled fields and required-field errors. IQX registration, the client and candidate portal, app stores, Indeed and embedded maps are provided by other organisations. We have not verified all of those journeys with assistive technology.

If a form or portal is difficult to use, contact us to discuss another way to get the information or support you need. The office address is provided as text, so you do not need to use the map.

Testing and known limits

Internal checks during this rebuild have sampled page headings, responsive layouts from 320 to 1440 pixels, candidate tabs, team profile keyboard dismissal and contact-form required-field validation.

  • A complete screen-reader assessment and testing with disabled users remain outstanding.
  • We have not completed an end-to-end accessibility review of every external registration, portal or app journey.
  • Older news pages, legacy job content and downloadable documents may not meet the same standards as the rebuilt pages.
  • Responsive-width checks do not replace full browser zoom and assistive-technology testing.

These are internal spot checks, not an independent accessibility audit. We will consider reported barriers and review this statement as the website changes.

Alternative formats

Tell us which information you need and what would help, such as larger text, an accessible electronic document or support accessing online information. We will discuss a suitable alternative.

Report an accessibility problem

Include the page address and what went wrong. If you wish, tell us the device, browser or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.
